Sanitization should be performed with natural, non toxic cleaners every 1-3 years(or as odors and issues are noticed by occupants). Assured Air Conditioning recommends mechanical duct cleaning and scrubbing to manage dust and physical pollutants. Duct cleaning should be performed every 3-10 years(or as dust build up is noticed) depending on condition of duct systems.
